THIS IS WILLOUGHBY — The ideal b/w shih tzu that everyone falls in love with. He’s a great little guy, without any issues that we’ve seen while fostering him. Seems potty trained, but no guarantees. He has been a doggie playcare so might need a refresher! He is NOT a barker…very affectionate but also quite independent. At his foster home, he didn’t really play with other dogs, but liked having their company. He’s good with all people that we’ve seen — including kids over 5 yrs old. He is easy going and happy, fine with kids (over 8 yrs old please) and I think the more settled he gets, the more he will blossom. No medical that we experienced with him. He’s a winner….are you?
