THIS IS VIOLETTE….a salt/pepper, 16 lb, 9 yrs young (and active!), purebred mini Schnauzer!  For you Schnauzer lovers, we’ve had a few mixes lately but Violette is the real thing!  She came from a home where the owner had to give up three of her dogs as she fell on hard times.  Violette is nearly hairless right now (!!) from lack of grooming, but hair grows!  She came to us with Rocco and Lali (two other fosters) and she is full of love and cuddling.  Violette is an attention hog and she will be very happy in a mature home that can handle a bit of energy and a lot of love!  She does not like being left alone and will whimper, but eventually settles down.  With outside access, she is supposed to be potty trained, but no guarantees!  We think it will take Violette a little bit of time to get acclimated.  You would never know that she is 9 yrs old except her mouth was full of rotten teeth!  Once they were pulled, she came to life….and these kids live long lives (around 14 yrs)!  This little girl has a lot of life in her left!!  Violette loves her walks…she loves to give you kisses and hang out with you.  Do you have a place in your home, on your lap and in your heart?  She is waiting for you!!
