MEET VAN GOGH….a little sweetheart of a Yorkie/Chi/?? mix, who weighs in at almost 9 lbs (skinny), is tan in color and probably around 4-5 yrs old.  When you look at him, you might notice he is missing part of his left ear.  We are hoping it was a fight as opposed to someone doing that to him.  Either way, that’s how he got his name!!

This little boy has the energy of an atom bomb!  He loves to race around, stop for a belly rub or two, then buzz around until you decide it’s time to hold and give him love.  He takes a minute to settle down and understand what love is…we don’t think he was handled much in the past…take a look and you can understand.  How could anyone let him get into this shape :((

We really couldn’t tell where the dreadlocks started or where they ended, but he was in pain.  But as you can see, Van Gogh had long hair and it will grow back.  It might take a while, but hair grows at it’s own pace!!

Van Gogh could be your only dog but he does like other dogs — he is a voracious eater and believes whatever food is in the room is fair game!  He gives lots of kisses and is trying to figure out what you do with toys…but he is a loving boy in progress.  He would be great with kids and a family who wants to take him everywhere with you.  Give him a chance…he needs to be loved just like you do!
