THIS IS TEDDY…..and he is a lover dog! This 10 lb, ~1 yr old, white/tan with silver tips, Shih Tzu Maltese mix is a character!  He was originally brought into the home for a senior for company, but he was far too active for her, as she was ill.  Teddy wasn’t 100% potty trained (trained on pp pads but he is getting it now!), and she wasn’t healthy enough to train him.  So, we were called and said of course we would take him.  Teddy loves people, children and other dogs. After people, children and dogs, he is especially fond of his stuffed animals. If you toss one, he will fetch it and actually return it to you. He gives lots and lots of kisses and is extremely affectionate. Teddy always looks forward to his walks. He has a lot of puppy energy.  We’re working on his leash training, and his puppy “finger teething” and his potty training. He has a wonderful, gentle, loving personality. The ideal home for Teddy would be a family with another young dog for him to play, kids over 8 yrs old and patience to train a very happy puppy!! Of course, as their voices, we are looking for the ideal home for him….esp with a canine companion!! These pictures don’t do him any justice…he is a dollbaby!!
