MEET SHYLA….a very cute, unusual looking, charcoal gray, 4 yr old, 13 lb, Yorkie/Dachshund mix, as best as we can determine!! She was supposed to be a ShihTzu but isn’t — and she was exposed to Giardia (which put her on the euthanasia list) but didn’t have it. What she did have was half a dozen foxtails in her ears and paws, and the sniffles. She is all good now and ready for her new home. Can you believe this was her?
If I had to put an occupation for Shyla it would be a comedienne with a spectacular show! She LOVES to play with toys (even fetches), dance in the bushes, twirls and twirls before doing her business (which WILL make you dizzy) and just is a silly character! Only time we’ve heard her bark is when she is trying to get another dog to play with her, and when she is protecting me on the street, so we know she’s got it in her! No kisses just yet, but she loves to be caressed and cuddled and loves people, dogs (once they have met) and she’ll love YOU.
Shyla is the BEST. Ideal home will have another small dog for her to play with and even kids over 5 yrs old. Perfect in the car and would love watching kid sports with you! If you have a a home with a yard that’s a bonus. She is good at doing her business either outside or on a pp pad…but no guarantees at your house. Most important, you need the time to give her the love and attention she deserves.
