THIS IS MS. ROSALEE (she also answers to Rosie)…who came from the East Valley Shelter with a few ugly warts which have since been removed!  This gorgeous, cream colored, 9 yr old, 15 lb, Lhasa Apso X, is a wonderful example of the breed.  She is smart, loving, happy and usually quiet, unless she is hungry and she will let you know!  She is a swift walker, so don’t be fooled by her age!  Rosalee is learning to respect other dogs’ boundaries and she is comfortable around cats, dogs and all kinds of people, including children (over 5 yrs old please).  She walks well on a leash, will bark to let you know when she needs to go out (but we never guarantee) and she is quite sensitive!  If you ignore her, she might just have an accident where you don’t want her to!  But that only happened once!  Rosalee gives kisses and loves to cuddle with you.  She might be a little too “mature” to mess with toys…at least not yet.  Her foster believes that she would be best in a home where there is another dog, as she loves the companionship.  Rosalee is a special girl and even though she is middle aged….she has a lot of life in her!  If you have room in your home and heart….come and meet her.  She is waiting!
