MEET RORI — a 4 yr old, cream/tan, 12 lb Shih Tzu. Her owner dumped her in the North Central Shelter with Lorelei (posted separately).  Rori is playful like a puppy.  She is happy, happy, happy, kissy kissy kissy!  The most important thing to her is to be loved.  Her favorite position is lying on her back in her human’s lap, receiving belly rubs!  She seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees.  She is a wonderful dog who didn’t deserve to be dumped in the shelter for any reason….and whoever adopts her won’t be sorry!  She will love YOU to life!
