THIS IS ROBBIE….a cuter than pie, charcoal/cream, 3 yr old, 11 lb Poodle Mix, who came to LHH from a family who didn’t take care of him and finally decided to dump him.  Prior to giving him to us, they hid him from the son, who was abusing him.  A rescue friend of ours intercepted him before he could be taken to the shelter and we were the lucky ones who got Robbie!  He deserves so much better!  Matted to the bone and intact, we took him to the groomer for a makeover and to the vet for a neuter, and he is good as gold! This boy is energy plus….but settles down like a little lover when he is in your arms.  Gives kisses, plays with toys, knows some commands like “sit, stay” and is getting the hang of potty training, but will need your help.  He does prefer female canines to males…but is generally good with all.  He MUST go to a home where there is another female dog, and kids over 8 yrs old would be super.  Robbie is not a yappy dog; he is sweet and can be calm when you walk him and in the car — and of course, when you are giving him love and attention.  Does Robbie sound like a fit for your home?  Come and get him!!  He’s waiting!!!
