MEET QUIXOTE…and talk about handsome!  This gorgeous Lhasa X, is a dark sable, black masked, 18 lb, 5-6 yr old boy.  He came from the Riverside Shelter and the only thing he brought with him was kennel cough!  He is getting better, but even sick, he shows wonderful temperament and affection.  He laid his head on my shoulder when we were driving home from the groomer!  Quixote loves people and other dogs…he is very human oriented but does cuddle with his foster mate so we know he likes the company of other dogs.  He seems to be potty trained, although we never guarantee at your house.  He is quiet, affectionate, loves belly rubs and likes to chase after and play with toys.  He would probably be great at the park to chase a ball, but we haven’t tested that yet because of his cough.  The best home for Quixote would be one where he can be a loving companion…go for walks or runs….enjoys adventures and has a very low key but sparkling personality.  He shows no signs of abuse or neglect, but he was shaved before we got him, so we’re not sure what condition he was in. Don Quixote thought his home was his castle…and this Quixote needs a castle.  Do you have one for him?
