THIS IS QUINCY…a 10 lb, 4 yr old, b/w Terrier Spaniel?  We honestly don’t have the faintest idea what he is, but he doesn’t seem to shed and he has “ticking” on his face and legs that leads us to believe he has spaniel in him.  Just because he is b/w, has a curly tail and [the cutest] underbite you have ever seen doesn’t make him a Shih Tzu!!  You would never believe that this absolute sweetheart was found in the projects in Watts, where young kids were feeding him for four months and older kids were throwing rocks at him.  He doesn’t have an ounce of resentment.  He is a bit shy at first but we have never known a dog to be so loving.  Quincy is thin because he is used to eating people food, but his foster home is working kibble into his diet, along with ground turkey and rice!  He does stick his nose up even with wonderful treats!  He prefers a Carl’s Jr. hamburger patty!  Quincy wants and deserves to be loved 1000000%.  It is obvious he once was loved, but somehow abandoned by his last family 🙁  We know that Quincy will be a perfect citizen with a little training and lots of love.  While he isn’t our typical breed, we feel honored that we were able to rescue him.  He is that special.  He loves to follow you around, jump up on your lap and give you snuggles.  He wants you to know how much he appreciates you.  Kids over 8 yr old would be good…but the most important thing for Quincy is a family that will 100% commit to him for the rest of his life.  And…appreciate him!  He does need some obedience training because he still thinks the tables are “hills for him to jump on.”  He is smart and wants to please…please take a look and consider Quincy!
