THIS IS PRINCESS…. and she came with the name. This little 12 yr old, 18 lb, apricot and white, Lhasa X did not deserve to be dumped in the shelter this way. Her owners had her since she was a puppy, and because her eyes are now dry (all they need are drops), they didn’t want her anymore…. after 10 YEARS (she has been with us nearly a year)!!! They called her Princess, and then they dumped her? So sad that we couldn’t bare it…. so we pulled her out, and she is the most grateful little girl. She’s a little “healthy” and could lose a few pounds, but other than her eyes, she is a very healthy dog. Our vet thought she was only 7-8 yrs old, and we thought she was older and that was three years ago. Princess is potty trained (but no guarantees at your house), and she loves attention. Rub her belly, and she will follow you anywhere. She gets really excited when you come home, and her favorite place to be is anywhere you are. She is a great dog, even still plays with toys, and just needs a home to live out her golden years. These dogs live into their upper teens, so please don’t consider her an old dog. She is mature and not nearly as much work as a puppy!! She is a little set in her ways and doesn’t like to be startled, so young kids would not be best for Princess. Please consider her!
