MEET PIPPA…and she is a “pip” of a pup!  This little 7.7 lb, 7 yr old, tan and white Shih Tzu came from the Palmdale shelter in horrible condition. 🙁  She had to be completely shaved, and unfortunately, an injury to her right eye resulted in removal. But with Shih Tzu…their hair grows over their eyes and you can never tell!  Pippa is very calm and loving…her favorite things are cuddling and being with you.  But talk about cute, when Pippa tilts her head, you just want to grab and kiss her. She is very human oriented and while she can be alone, she’d prefer having you around a lot!  She takes herself outside (with access) and comes into your home like she’s always lived there.  Do you have any space on your lap and your arms for Pippa?
