NEEDS A HOME WITH ANOTHER SMALL PLAYFUL DOG AND KIDS OVER 5 YRS OLD

THIS IS PIPER….and if you are looking for a dog who is good with kids, people, other dogs and everyone else, this is your girl!  Piper is a brown/black with a touch of white, 2-3 yr old, 13 lb, adorable dog — maybe a Lhasa/Spaniel?  We’re not really sure, but she does seem to shed a little.  She is very happy, and at the same time, protective (in a good way) of her people.  She will bark at strangers from time to time, but she is not in the least bit aggressive.  She will follow you everywhere…. especially your kids!  She LOVES LOVES LOVES kids and she should have some of her own (the human kind).  One thing that Piper needs training on is on leash when there are other dogs around.  She doesn’t love to walk 🙁  She is smart, so she will learn quickly and she should not be walked by kids.  Piper will let you know when she wants something, as she will whine a bit — like when she has to go out.  She has learned to use the doggie door and usually, but not always, uses it!  No guarantees on her potty training!  She doesn’t like to be alone, so that is why we recommend another young, small, playful dog….and did we mention she loves to play??  She is a cuddler and a lover…always wants to be by you…even in the car — but please don’t let her drive, she doesn’t have her driver’s license (yet!)
