MEET MR. PEABODY….a handsome, precocious, curious, very busy 2 yr old Maltese, whose feet hardly ever hit the ground!  Not because he is a pocket pooch, but because he loves to jump up and kiss you on the nose!  Peabody was rescued off the streets by our favorite team of Dream Fetchers!  He was lost, matted to the bone, scared and cautious.  He is still wary of people at first, but warms up pretty quickly.  He LOVES dogs and loves to play.  Peabody MUST go to a home where there is another dog (or two) to show him the ropes!  He is especially fond of toys…one, tiny, squeaky toy is his favorite!  This young boy is slowly coming around to greet people but still a bit nervous.  Once he knows you, he is like a velcro dog who definitely bonds.  Give him a belly rub and he’ll let you do anything!!  He gives kisses once he feels safe with you and will look at you like a human!  He seems to be potty trained or will use a pp pad if need be…but no guarantees at your house!  He is a bit mouthy because he is young and fearful…so kids over 12 yrs old (or no kids because kids have friends….) would be okay.  Once he has some training, Peabody will be someone’s best friend…could that be you?
