THIS IS NOBU…who is a handsome, liver/white, 2 yr old, 12 lbs, Shih Tzu who came from the San Bernardino Devore Shelter.  They were going to euthanize him for being scared…but we wouldn’t let that happen.  This boy is anything but aggressive.  He fit so seamlessly in his foster home, it was like he had been there forever.  He is an extremely playful, active boy who must go to a home where there is another young, playful dog to be his companion.  Nobu LOVES to fetch!  He loves to give kisses, he is one of the most affectionate dogs ever!  He not only wants to sleep with you in bed….he wants to lay ON you while watching TV or resting!  He is very cooperative and will move over if you ask him!  Nobu will sometimes bark when he wants to play and while he is playing, so an apartment wouldn’t be the best fit for him.  He is not a barker…but will alert to loud sounds.  He knows his name and will come when called.  He also sits on command and is relatively well behaved…he’s a puppy after all!  Nobu loves to go on walks and does his business outside.  We can’t promise he won’t mark inside, but he is close to being trained if you take him out 2-3 times daily.  He loves his walks, meeting other dogs…but isn’t crazy about big dogs at first.  Just needs to be introduced.  All we can tell you is this dog is a winner…an easy boy to love.  He’s waiting.
