NICHOLAS AND PAULIE LOVE EACH OTHER!!!!!  Just in case you are looking for a pair, but they do not have to go together….but they both must go to a home with a young, playful dog 🙂

MEET NICHOLAS……a very handsome, 16 lb, cream colored, year-old Lhasa Apso.  He was purchased by a young woman who realized that a puppy was too much to handle.  She gave him to her friend, who lived in an apartment recently sold and the Landlord has a “no dogs” policy.  Brokenhearted, she gave him to us because she knows that thru us, he will never be homeless again.  We know he was loved, because he is a great little man.  He is very trainable and wants to please.  And, Paulie agrees, even though, as you can see below, he always takes the lead when walking!  Affectionate, kissy, a love bug.  One thing though….Nicholas is 100% pure puppy.  While he is not destructive, he is EXTREMELY active and all he wants to do is play, play, play (with Paulie and others!)  He LOVES toys, the squeakier the better!  He walks well on a leash, is perfect in the car (sits on the seat and behaves!) and does his business on his walks.  He still squats, so no lifting the leg!  That being said, we don’t guarantee he is potty trained, but he is very smart and wants to please.  He is also quiet and doesn’t bark much, but he doesn’t like being alone without a human or dog.  His foster thinks he is almost perfect! Of course, he will need training to be the best boy he can be.  Kids over 8 years old welcomed…a family who will commit to his training and a backyard for him to romp and play, to help make him the best pup he can be.  Does that sound like you?
