MEET NEECI….and to tell you that we are stunned that this little morsel landed in the shelter would be an understatement.  Neeci is a beyond adorable, just under a 1 yr old, caramel ombre colored, 12 lb. Shih Tzu who was in the SEAACA Shelter.  I’m sure plenty of women would spend a fortune to have her gorgeous coloring!  She couldn’t be sweeter if she was a caramel herself!  If you want a shadow, this would be your girl because nowhere is sacred in her opinion.  Even the bathroom!  She is quiet as a mouse, happy go lucky and she is just beginning to come out of her shell.  She came to us very depressed and shut down…but we are beginning to see her personality and watching her blossom is a treat.  She loves toys and fetches (although she is sometimes reluctant to bring it back!).  She also has a “toe fetish” and loves to lick your toes.  We’re sure kisses are not far behind!  We are going to be very selective of a home for Neeci so please do not apply if you don’t have another dog, a yard, kids over 8 yrs old (on the wish list) or you are gone all day at work.  She is a wonderful dog….for the right home.  She will be available mid April.
