MEET MS. MOCHA….did you say you were looking for a petite, 6.5 lb, 3 yr old, liver colored (mocha pearl), YorkiePoo angel with a crooked halo?  Who sometimes answers to “alligator?” Well, we have one for you…and her name is Mocha!  Sometimes, her halo falls off but she does get it back!  Mocha was dumped by her owner because they thought she had a back injury and they couldn’t afford it.  They didn’t tell us she had a an attitude and while it doesn’t hurt (most of the time) she does nip/bite!  She has no back injury and once she knows you, she isn’t mean… just a bit insecure and needs to know you aren’t going to hurt her.  If you wait for her to come to you (and warn others to do the same) she is a doll.  BUT SHE DOES NEED WORK AND IS NOT A DOG FOR EVERYONE!  It took her three days to warm up to us — BUT sometimes, she has very short term memory, so you have to do it over the next time.  Mocha is hilarious with strangers because she acts like the exorcist… but she calms down quickly.  Mocha LOVES to play fetch with her mini ball…she runs after it and even brings it back!  She will let you take it out of her mouth because she knows you will throw it again!  It’s hard to say anything bad about her, even with her lopsided halo because she really is a dog who needs love and affection and we’re not sure she ever got it!  She loves the sides of her head rubbed…she will roll over on her back to get belly rugs and occasionally she will fake you out!  That’s where the “crooked” comes in!  Mocha doesn’t like being left alone — she is very portable at 6.5 lbs and as long as people don’t stick their fingers in her face, she’s a good girl!  Truly, she should be a one or two person dog and she will bring you years of laughter and joy.  Mostly potty trained and pp pad trained.  Does she sound like a little princess who you could love? No children please.
