THIS IS MEADOW — a little Lhasa maybe?  A lot of Cockapoo!!  All we can tell you is this -1 yr, 12 lb, blonde with black/brown tips is a doll!  Meadow was shut down and very shy when she arrived from the Coachella Riverside Shelter.  Her family was mortified that they had to give her up 🙁  Kids were roughhousing with her and her mouth grazed a child’s knee.  The mobile park demanded they give her up 🙁  She was obviously very loved and was so confused as to what was going on!!  Now, a month later, she is still shy at first but has made a remarkable recovery!  LOVES to play….with other dogs and her toys!!  She will carry her toys around like her ‘bankie!!’  She MUST go to a home where there is another, young, small, playful dog!  NO EXCEPTIONS.  She is pp pad trained and also does her business outside; no guarantees at your house.  Loves her walks and has gotten much better on the leash.  She is an alert barker, only when there is someone at the door or when new people arrive; but she settles down quickly.  Very sweet but reserved with new people…especially the vet!!  Scardy-cat!!  But when she knows you, she is a friend forever…cuddly and loving.  OK with kids over 8 yrs old.  She would not be good in a senior home.  She is still in that puppy phase where if you leave something out, it might get chewed!  No furniture, just your undies or slippers.  Meadow is a super dog and we will be very particular about her placement.  But, if you want to take a walk thru the meadow with Meadow?  She is waiting!
