MEET LOGAN….an absolutely adorable 13 lb, liver colored, 3 yr old Shih Tzu, whose pictures DO NOT do him justice!  When you scratch Logan’s backside, he goes into nirvana and stretches his head all the way back like he’s going to do a back flip!  It is the cutest thing ever!  Logan is a bit alpha and needs to go into a home where he is either the only dog with a ton of attention and older kids (12+) or with a female submissive dog who can hold her own!  For the most part, he is a kissyface lovebug who loves to cuddle and sit with you and watch TV — or he would enjoy going for a hike or run with you.  He actually loves to hug you, with his arms around your neck!  He has great energy and loves to play with his toys, go for car rides (although he likes to drive), walks, or hide under your bed!  He’ll either sleep on top or under!  He seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees!  Logan is not a barker but will bark to alert.  He really is a wonderful dog who just needs the right home…he is not at all aggressive, even with dogs, unless there is something of “value” at stake (toys, food, etc).  He was returned to the shelter after being adopted because he growled at the daughter and came after the grandmother upon entering the house when first brought home.  They didn’t give him a chance 🙁  Everything is open for interpretation.  He is very manageable and we haven’t seen any aggression from him, just love. Nevertheless, we would suggest older kids if there are children in the family. Logan is a keeper…are you looking for a companion for the next 10+ years?  He’s waiting for you.
