THIS IS LILLY….a precious, 11-12 lb, b/w, 9 yr old, Shih Tzu.  Sadly, her human daddy passed away recently, leaving this little bundle of love behind.   He took excellent care of her, she is healthy and recently had a dental!  His daughter took possession of little Lilly but unfortunately, she doesn’t get along with her senior dog Lucy, so Lilly needs to go to a home where she is your one and only!  She can co-exist with some other dogs, but she can’t live with them and can be very territorial/aggressive with other canine.  With humans, Lilly is a great companion who, according to her previous family who is potty trained (uses a doggie door), is good with kids and loves to play with toys.  You can lavish kisses on her…but she doesn’t “lick” you back!  Loves attention!!  She is good in the car, on a leash and knows how to sit and stay!  Lilly is also a canine doorbell, as she will bark when strangers come to visit, but she is not an annoying “barker.”  While we’re sure she would like you around all the time, she is OK alone a couple of hours a day — nobody can be home 24/7!  i.e., she does not have separation anxiety.  So….Lilly needs a new forever home to live out her golden years.  If you are looking for a peppy, happy go lucky, loving, sweet….Shih Tzu, look no further.  Lilly is waiting!
