THIS IS KRISTAL….a 12 lb, white, 4-5 yr old, Maltese/Poodle (best guestimate) with long legs, a wonderful heart and lots of life in her.  Kristal is happy like a chilled glass of the best champagne.  She came from the East Valley Shelter and was dumped there with a ruptured eyeball.  Poor thing must have been in so much pain….but as soon as it was removed….voila, she came back to life.  She doesn’t even miss it!  Kristal was shaved down before we got her because she was covered in dreadlocks and foxtails, obviously neglected.  We are working on Kristal’s potty training and so far, she seems pretty smart and wants to please.  This little girl is good in the car….she sits like a little lady once she has figured out she can’t be the driver!  She is good on a leash and good with kids over 8 yrs old. She would be a wonderful family dog — her missing eye doesn’t hold her back for even a minute.  Once her hair grows back, she will be even prettier than she is now…and you won’t even see the missing eye.  This precious pup should not be overlooked because of her eye….she should be adored even more after all she has been thru.
