THIS IS KOOPER….and his eyes look a little angry (they are congenitally big and bulging), but his heart is warm and loving.  This 6-7 yr old, tri colored, 15 lb, Lhasa Shih Tzu, is a doll.  He is a voracious toy player…and will carry one with him around the room!  He is a little sight challenged (he doesn’t have peripheral sight) but he gets around like a champ!   He loves to stand on his hind legs and hug you…and he will stay until you say “enough.”  He is quiet, not kissy yet, but he is healthy and while he looks older, his energy is definitely there!  Loves to go on walks and check out other dogs and people — great with both.  Kooper would be happy in any environment where he would get love and attention.  He loves belly rubs and to be pet…a sweeter dog you will never find.  He doesn’t need another dog but he does need YOU!  We think he might be potty trained but no guarantees at your house!  He’s one of the good guys and deserves a happy home, whether he can see it fully or not.  HE WILL KNOW!!  Because YOU will show him!
