MEET KIMMEL….a handsome, gray/charcoal, 16 lb, 5 yr old, Lhasa Mix, who came from the West LA Shelter.  He came to the shelter after being hit by a car, but luckily sustained no broken bones!  The good Samaritan who adopted him was a senior and she took two dogs at the same time and realized that she could not handle them both.  She came to us for help and we happily obliged.

Kimmel is a reserved boy who just needs to get to acquainted with you to love you!  He loves to give kisses after he knows you won’t hurt him, play with his toys and be a good companion to another dog.  He is a good “guard” dog as he will alert you to sounds like Lhasa were trained to do.  He will need some time to acclimate and outside access and walks will help him to remember his potty training skills!  He is a boy who is smart, wants to please and will follow you everywhere!
