MEET JENGA….a sweet dog for all seasons — and all reasons!  This 6-7 yr old, 21 lb, white, Bichon Frise mix came to us when a hoarder realized she was over her head.  He brought about 100 of his friends with him — ticks!  The conditions he was living in were deplorable and the poor guy had bladder stones to boot!  With all the bacteria around, it’s no wonder — but they were removed and hopefully never to return!  Through it all, Jenga has been a sweetheart.  He is very quiet, and he loves to be with you.  He can also be independent.  He doesn’t really need another dog, unless you plan to leave him alone for hours — and he wouldn’t like that. He is amused play/chasing you, but he can also be very laid back.  We don’t know how he is with cats, but he is a very mellow guy and he might be okay but no guarantees.  A yard will help with his potty training (which has improved wonderfully – but we never guarantee at your house); but he is quiet so he would do well in an apartment as well.  Any home that will provide him with love, good food, lots of walks and inclusion in the family — including kids over 5 yrs …would be wonderful for Jenga!  The only piece of his life that he is missing is YOU!
