THIS IS ISLEY….and to tell you the truth, we’re not sure of his breed!  Shelter said he was a Maltese, and that is unlikely (but could be the mix).  But this cute-as-a-button, 10 lb, 3 yr old, gray and white, likely Shih Tzu X, does not shed, his coat is soft and wavy and they shaved him down at the shelter because he was very matted!  Isley came to us with a terrible upper respiratory infection and he was extremely lethargic and sad.  Now that he’s 100% healthy, he is an active little guy who loves to jump and play!  He LOVES to give kisses and will give them until you tell him to stop!  He even gives his foster buddy, Kingston, kisses!  He knows where the bathroom is but we can’t guarantee he’s potty trained!  He is quiet and loving….and he has really bonded with Kingston, so we know he’d love to have a canine companion.  He doesn’t like being left alone — he wants to be part of the party!!  Sooo affectionate and loving.  He is great on a leash, in the car and in your lap!  Isley is great with people, kids and other dogs.  He would be happy in any home that would love him and give him lots and lots of attention — including kids over 5 yrs old and another small dog.  He is a great little man who wants to belong!  Do you have room in your heart for this little man?  Will be available November 3.
