MEET HANNA….and yes, we said she is a Maltese/Italian Greyhound!  She has the body, legs and face of an IG…and the coat and personality of a Maltese!  Imagine our surprise when the dog (pictured below) came to us looking like the pictures above!  We thought it was the wrong dog!  Shelter shaved her head to toe for no reason.  Matted, but didn’t need to be shaved 🙁  Yep, it’s the same dog!

Hanna is still very thin at only 9 lbs, and at only 1.5-2 yrs old, we don’t think her life has been too happy 🙁  That being said, while she can be shy at first, she is a true lover!  She loves to give kisses and even though she is active, she looks to her person and to her canine companion to show her the way!  She LOVES her foster sister, Melody (also a mystery breed) and does NOT like being left alone!  Hanna MUST go to a home with another, small dog who will be happy to share with her what’s up!  She seems to be potty trained on a schedule, but will use PP pads in a pinch.  Hanna is young enough to forget her past and live a wonderful, forever life in her new home.  We would love for her to have a yard, kids, canine(s), family… she deserves it all!!  Does she sound like your next baby?
