MEET GEORGE….an adorable gray/white, 5-6 yr old, 12 lb, Shih Tzu X….mixed with who knows what besides cuteness!  George is a happy boy!  He loves attention, belly rubs, playing, cuddling, loving everyone!  He doesn’t have an ounce of aggression in him.  He wants to please and does a good job!  He gets along fabulously with his foster buddy, Ringo, and you can catch them spooning!  He does get a little vocal when he is left behind, but he does not have separation anxiety that we are aware of.  He does not like being alone, so a home where he has a lot of attention would be important.   He probably would not be well suited to be in an apartment.  We think he needs a friend…human and/or canine…to be with him so he isn’t alone.  He came from the shelter looking like this:

But once he was groomed, he was much more comfortable and loves to cuddle up with you.  Rub his belly and he’ll grant you any wish and follow you anywhere!  George is good with everyone so far…we just got him so we’ll give you an update once we have more experience with him.  He would be good with kids over 5 yrs old…he might need some potty training.  He is good with us, uses pp pads when he needs to and goes outside most of the time.  We just can’t guarantee at your house!  Very smart and wants to please.  What more could you ask for!?
