PENDING ADOPTION

THIS IS GANDALF…an adorable, 15 lb, 5 yr old, tan/black, Lhasa Apso…whose owners sold him to the highest bidder 🙁  She was pregnant, bought a Pomeranian puppy and was moving, so she didn’t want him anymore.  They scammed a lovely couple for $450, didn’t give them the proper paperwork or information about him and didn’t tell them much about his personality.  Sadly for all, this wasn’t the right home for him, so they reluctantly contacted us and Gandalf is now a LHH dog.  They said he was afraid of men and didn’t like the boyfriend.  In our home, he’s not afraid of men!  He stood on the table like a show-dog when our male vet examined him.  He is a little timid at first, but he is not aggressive.  We are loving him up and letting him know it will all be okay!  He follows his foster everywhere, definitely a velcro dog, loves to cuddle and is good with other dogs…but doesn’t HAVE to have one but doesn’t like being left alone so another dog would be a good plan because nobody is home 24/7.  He can be protective, after all, he’s a LHASA!!

Gandalf has settled in.   If he is taken out on a regular basis (3-4 times daily) he seems to be good, but he has had PP accidents so no guarantees!  We are letting him enjoy other dogs, the ladies/gentlemen and lots of love and attention.  He will go to a home without kids, hopefully a yard where he can play….and humans who will be around to love him up. And yes, his hair will grow!!
