THIS IS FRANCEY….and what a doll she is.  This little precious 4 yr old, silver/black, 12 lb, Shih Tzu mix languished at the shelter and we don’t know why.  She was a mess, and she only has one eye…but that’s what makes her even more adorable to us.  We have no idea what happened, but she sees fine and her other eye is healthy.  She is actually a very well natured pup.  Once she had her makeover, she turned into a different dog!!  She is uber playful, loves toys, gets along great with all the dogs and is a cuddle bug beyond cuddle bugs!  At first, we thought she was older, but the vet said 3 yrs….we settled on 4-5 yrs.  Francey doesn’t like being confined, and since she seems to be potty trained, no need for a crate.  She loves to go-go-go….in the car, on a walk, playing with you and she has the most adorable ways about her!  She would be wonderful with kids and a family who will dote on her….doesn’t NEED another dog (as of now), but she could go to almost any home except one where she won’t be walked or exercised.  Like most small dogs, she does have a luxating patella, so hikes are probably not for Francey!  We love her and we know her forever home, whomever they may be, will love her too.  Is that you?
