MEET FEATHER….a precocious, happy, loving, bonded 2 yr old, tan with a black mask, 7.2 lb Yorkie/Tzu…but when we bailed her out of the shelter, we had no idea what kind of dog she was.  Matted to the bone, her dreadlocks had dreadlocks. Still, she was loving, attentive and sweet, giving kisses through the mats on her face. Feather is so soft, she might even have some Maltese in her! She loves to be with you and cuddle, and when she makes eye contact with you — you know she is grateful to be out of where she was and safe. She loves to go for walks and does her business outside on the grass but also uses pp pads. She doesn’t like to be left alone, and her foster mom says she plays from morning til night, so another small, playful, energetic pal will need to be in her future. She will howl if she is left alone too long, so apartment living is not for her. No cats! She does not seem to like cats. We have no idea why anyone would leave this girl to get as matted as she was, but we know that her next home will be her last. Might that be with you??
