MEET ELROY… one of the smartest, well behaved, happy puppies we have ever had!  At just about 1.5 yrs old, this tri colored, 14 lb, Shih Tzu X is very fluffy — he is not fat!  He came from the Carson Shelter and even though they totally botched up his poor neuter, he never complained (except he hated the cone!).  Elroy loves to go on his walks, drive in the car, snuggle on the bed with you and give you sweet little kisses to let you know he is a happy boy.  He will chase after a toy and then when he decides to play with it…you worry about him getting whiplash!  He makes the funniest noises!!  Elroy is very quiet except when alerting to company at the door, and then it is very brief.  He is wonderful with other dogs, very respectful, and he should have one as a companion to play with!  We would consider a home for him where he doesn’t have another dog IF he gets a lot of dog engagement and his family is around most of the time.  But, HE would rather have a buddy or two!  Kids welcomed!  A yard preferred.  We even think that Elroy is potty trained…but no guarantees at your house!  Any home lucky enough to adopt Elroy will be lucky indeed.  Might that be you?
