THIS IS ELLIE….a 7 yr old, 10.5 lb, black, adorbs ShiPoo…and she is a wonderful girl, no ifs, buts or ands about it!  This little lady came from Baldwin Park Shelter via our friends at Free Animal Doctor.  She was in the shelter with bladder stones and we all just wanted her saved.  In the end, the shelter did the surgery but we’re not so sure they got all the stones.  We had an adopter for her, but once we got her and saw how active and playful she is…we weren’t sure it was the right home for her.  Ellie LOVES to play with toys, play fetch with you — and she actually returns the toy!  She follows you all around and blends perfectly into almost any environment.  She is great with dogs, kids, humans…not sure how she is with squirrels or cats yet 🙂  Ellie will be available to go to her forever home once we get her lab work back, as we want to make sure she doesn’t get stones again…OUCH!  Ellie is a wonderful dog who could go to almost any home as long as she gets a lot of love and attention.  She will let you know she is happy by giving you kisses on your face…she is full of love and kisses.  Do you have the energy to play fetch with her….walk her several times a day….and love her to pieces?  Let us know…she is waiting!  She will be available towards the end of March.
