MEET DUDLEY….a dashing dude who has been through hell.  This 20 lb, white/tan, 4 yr old Lhasa Mix lost his leg likely after being hit by a car 🙁  Throughout the whole ordeal, including trying to learn how to balance on three legs, he has been a gem of a patient.  This is what he looked like when he came to us: He has gotten much better and while he can go down stairs, he still hasn’t conquered getting up —  but he will!  Dudley is very people oriented and will follow you everywhere.  His demeanor is mellow, loving, affectionate and sweet.  He doesn’t like it when other dogs are trying to get his human’s food — very protective!!  He is not food aggressive with other dogs, just wants his human to be left to eat their dinner!!  Dudley is a wonderful example of a sweet dog who has been through a lot…Tripods are usually exceptionally appreciative!  He will show you with lots of kisses and love.  Best home would be one with a backyard, people around and kids!  Oh yeah…a family who will let him join you in bed is a must!

He is getting stronger and stronger every day and he should be ready to go home by April 15.
