DEXTER DOES NOT NEED TO GO WITH SHADOW!     

THIS IS DEXTER…and he is a looker!  He is a 17 lb, Lhasa Bichon (??), approximately 2-3 yrs old, and white in color.  This boy is a lucky dog, as he was scooped off the streets of South LA, dodging cars with his buddy, Shadow.  They were full of ticks and fleas, matted to the bone and starving!  After having them for some time, we have determined that they DO NOT need to go together.  Dexter may not need a companion canine, as Shadow (who does) would kiss him all the time and he got annoyed!  That being said, it will depend on the home.

Dexter loves to stand on his hind legs and dance for you!  He is a character!!  Definitely needs a bit of training to calm down his busy temperament!  Give Dex a belly rub, when he is standing up of course, and he will go into nirvana!  He does love to sit on your lap and kiss you, kiss you, kiss you!  He is great with everyone and everything.  He loves to meet people and dogs on the streets and even loves babies and kids!  He is playful with people and other dogs….he does his business outside but may make some mistakes inside so he’ll need a refresher course on potty manners!  He’s young and smart and wants to learn and please.  He’ll even stand on his hind legs and beg with his paws for your attention!  The ideal home for Dexter will be one with kids and a backyard and another dog to play with!  Does this sound like a dog you could love?   He’s waiting!
