THIS IS DEMI….a petite, precious, 6-7 yr old, 7.2 lb, golden Yorkie/Maltese/LH Chi mix, who will steal your heart away.  She was turned down by an adopter at the SEAACA shelter because she had a mammary tumor (see below) — which turned out to be benign and no problem.

We did the surgery and she is a happy little girl.  Loves to be loved and love back!  She seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees.  She loves to be with you and is very submissive — will roll onto her back for belly rubs and circles with glee when you arrive to greet her.  While she’d love to be with you 24/7 — she does not have any separation anxiety and could be alone a couple of hours.  But…she would prefer to be with you!  She is so easy going, she would be fine as a companion to any dog, except one who would want to play 24/7….but she will chase after toys (doesn’t know what to do with them tho!).  Demi is an easy going girl who wants nothing more than to be your lapdog, give you kisses and let you know how grateful she is.  Do you have a lap ready for her?
