MEET BLOSSOM….a cutie patootie who is a combination of breeds, but we’re not sure which ones! This little tan/white with silver tips, 11 lb, 6 yr old, Maltiepoo ?? couldn’t be cuter if she tried. In the shelter, she was aged incorrectly at 12 yrs, so there she sat.  Just looking at the picture of her with hair (below) tells you she’s no senior! Sadly, she was a matted mess, so the groomer had to strip her curls. Hair grows back! Blossom is timid at first, but once settled, she blooms nicely! She loves to give gentle, sweet kisses and go on walks. She does her business as she should (also uses pp pads) — but no guarantees at your house! Since coming to LHH, Blossom has blossomed!!  She loves to play with the other dogs and now we believe she should have a canine buddy.  The most important thing in her life will be her family!

We placed Blossom in a home that we thought would be perfect for her, but her new person had some personal issues that affected her parenting care.  She overfed her, shaved her to the bone and ultimately, gave her back to us because she didn’t want a dog.  This was the best thing that could happen to Blossom, who is an angel!

Blossom has been thru enough and deserves her forever home. She has a balanced amount of mellow and energy and could go into almost any home environment, except one that leaves her alone all day.  Do you have a spare lap in your home for Blossom?  Kids over 8 yrs old welcomed!
