MEET AVERY….a diminutive, 2-3 yr old, tan/black, 12 lb Lhasa Poo?  We’re not quite sure what his breeds are, but we are sure that he is a sweetheart and only wants to please.  Avery came from the Inland Valley Shelter and why nobody adopted him is a surprise to us.  He loves to go for walks, he is great with other dogs and knows when to back off, seems to be potty trained but like all boys, he probably will mark (but not for long).  He loves toys but right now, he’s a little shy about which ones are okay for him to play with.  He is very submissive, so far, and he is definitely is a pup who loves to cuddle and have his human time.  He would be wonderful in a home with kids who are respectful of doggies….he really is a family dog!  Another dog in the home is welcomed but we are not sure yet if he NEEDS another dog in the home.  Really doesn’t like being left alone, but a little while he would be okay.  We are still getting to know him so this may change!  He only arrived this week.  But he is a dollbaby….that we are sure of also!!  He will be at adoptions in a week or so, after he gets over kennel cough!
