MEET DULCE…which means sweet personality, and she has one! This very petite, 6 lb, 4 yr old, white, Maltese mix — maybe with Chihuahua (look at ‘dem ears!), was adopted from the shelter and returned because they said she was sick. This little lady is healthy as a toy horse! She was matted but hair grows! Their loss, our gain. She is as soft as silk, definitely not yappy, gentle as a lamb and sweet as sugar. There aren’t enough adjectives to tell you what a winner she is! She also gets along with everyone, gives loving little kisses and plays nicely with her toys. Dulce seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees at your house. It does take her a few days to get acclimated. She bonds very quickly and is just a dollbaby. The best home for her would be one where she will go everywhere! She is a pocket pooch…but she should be a member of the family and allowed to have her feet touch the ground once in a while!!  She does enjoy being part of a pack, so we’d like to see her go to a home where she has at least one other small, playful pup for companionship.  We’re thinking she’s a little too small for a senior, as she does tend to get under foot.
