THIS IS ROSALIE…and this little 7 lb, 6 yr old, black and white Shih Tzu mix has had a rough time of it.  She was adopted to a family and returned because she was too shy 🙁  Then, she was adopted again and returned because she got snippy when she was being handled and something hurt her.  Rosalie just needs lots of love, lots of patience, a mommy/daddy that will go slow with her and give her the time to acclimate and trust. Rosalie would be perfect in a mature home, or a household without kids.  She isn’t aggressive, but she is fearful and this would not be a dog for children.  Do you think you could open your heart and home for Rosalie?
