MEET INDY….and he might not be a match for Indiana Jones, but even on three legs he can go, go, go!!  This handsome, 7 yr old, charcoal and white, 20 lb Lhasa Apso was brought to a vet in South Central with a mangled leg.  Apparently, it has been this way since birth and we think the owners didn’t have the funds to take care of him, so they dumped him!  Nobody knows how long he was on the streets, but despite his condition, and having to have his leg amputated, he has the sweetest demeanor ever! Indy may not be after the Raiders of the Lost Ark, but he is looking for a forever home.  He would be a great family dog, good with kids and other dogs…not good being left alone all day.  He craves attention and love. When you come in he will immediately come to you and sit wherever you are — he also loves car rides and can sit for hours!  If you don’t like a doggie shadow, this ain’t the boy for you!!  Dogs with three legs can manage just as well as those with four…they don’t much notice (it is his front leg).  Indy could be an only dog if you are around…otherwise, he’d love a companion.  He has been doing his business outside with access…no promises at your house!  Indy might not be the best hiker…but he would be the best companion for anyone who loves dogs!!  Might that be you?

Hooray! This dog has been adopted!
